When deemed appropriate per SBA SOP 50-57 and bank standards, coordinate with the customer and third parties to complete approved service requests within 30 days per Reg B regulation, such as changes to collateral, release of guarantors, interest rate modifications, and assumptions. Monitor relationships found to be higher risk and transfer relationships to Special Assets upon knowledge of non-compliance to SBA requirements and bank standards.
