While working with Rion at Ruwais Private School I had the fantastic opportunity to get to know her both professionally and personally. Rion is extremely organised and has a sharp eye for detail in her work. I found that she has great time management skills, carefully executing multiple tasks at once, never missing a deadline. On a personal basis, Rions organisational traits came to force when planning many of the informal staff bonding evenings and events throughout each term. I wish Rion every success in the future.

I worked with Ríon for one season in Kitty Kelly's Restaurant. However, Ríon worked in the business for many years before I joined the establishment. Throughout her time working with me, she displayed excellent communication and hospitality skills. Ríon also played a key role in my training, where I found her to be a fantastic teacher with great patience for new starters. Ríon has impeccable attention to detail and is a real "all rounder". I have no hesitation in recommending her for any business role

With the Mustang Group I designed and implemented a marketing campaign to help re-brand three New York restaurants in the Madison Square Garden area. I planned and coordinated a complete renovation of a 7th Avenue property, changing from a sporting venue to a young trendy Chelsea haven. One of my main roles was reserving and organising many different parties, corporate and sporting events amongst all three locations in midtown Manhattan. I played a major role in the resdesign process and helped with the selection of furnishings, textiles, lighting and logo choices I also handled most of the admin work including managing the payroll process for over 120 employees weekly and assisting the employees with employment and legal issues.

I taught in the International School of Choueifat, Ruwais. My class consisted of 26 students under the age of 5. My subjects included english, maths, language, handwriting, music and art. This experience was extremely valuable to me, enabling me to control a room of over 25 people and display patience and time management in a sometimes stressful working environment. I loved my time at Ruwais Private School and felt that this international experience was extremely valuable to me. I taught in the International School of Choueifat, Ruwais. Founder

Jun 2009 - Jun 2012
I founded and set up Spotlight Dance Group in my local community of Killybegs, County Donegal. I set up the dance group after seeing a niche in the market for this kind of entertainment and class for young girls and boys. Overall, I looked after the administrative, communication and teaching of the class weekly. Owing to the success of the class, it also allowed me to hire four people to help out casually from week to week. Throughout the years, I taught over 200 children and organised numerous shows and events for the children, demonstrating my passion for Event Management. The money I earned through this has helped pay college fees and the like.
