- Responsible for ensuring accuracy in communicated data through all phases of the office fit-out design pipeline. My attention to detail allowed me to spot and compile inconsistencies in drawings given by architects and engaging with relevant parties to resolve miscommunication. - Learned to identify missing or incorrect data points within critical data sheets, sourcing them individually from a large company wide database. Developed advanced skills in Excel (e.g. VLookup) to make this process more efficient.- Collected rich data pertaining to the properties, pricing, availability and carbon emissions for suggested and alternative materials, aggregating from multiple sources into a unified format. - Comparing materials using their respective EPDs to identify and present those which increase overall sustainability, whilst taking consideration of costs and delivery times to fit within the scope of the project. Balancing short term project requirements with the company's long term goal, to reach Net Zero emissions by 2030.- Organised physical samples and drawings given by subcontractors based on their approval status and package, making a list of all the samples missing from the list. I then displayed the samples in the sample rooms.
