Rio's attention to detail and organisation is fantastic. I worked alongside her to promote an event held at City College's Enterprise Centre and was delighted to see a completely packed out venue, thanks to her marketing and communication skills. I have spoken to her colleagues who say "she's a pleasure to work with" and I couldn't agree any more! To add to this, she makes an absolutely killer coffee which is always vital in business... I'd highly recommend working with Rio, especially if you'd like to put on a successful event.

As a Marketing Apprentice at CCN I have worked with internal and external guests to ensure that every need of theirs is met. My job is to look at the employability of students in the college and improve this with a yearlong schedule of projects, sessions and workshops that show measurable improvement to their employment prospects. For this I produce a range of timely and accurate reports and evaluations of every project I carry out. Whilst running my programme of events and marketing those accordingly I also carried out a high level of business development for the college; networking and attaining new partnerships with local businesses, hiring out an enterprise facility and encouraging new business to work with the college to better our students. After volunteering with the enterprise department at the college, I was given the opportunity to work as an administration assistant whilst studying for my administration diploma. This post allowed me to organise diaries, answer telephones, input data and manage mailing lists and contacts whilst maintaining an enterprise space.

The role of customer service assistant as Tesco taught me a lot about giving quality service, teamwork and decision making. When working there I became a flexible worker with a range of skills in different departments, being available to work in most areas of the retailer. I won 3 awards based on my customer service and how I go the extra mile to impact every customer.
