Part of onboarding team as well. Negotiating with candidates for offer & Remuneration acceptance. Finalizes offers in accordance with employment and compensations policies. Conducts Job Offer sessions. Interacts with Co-recruiters and other cross-functional units to ensure the achievement of company and client service level agreements. Active co-ordination in conducting Employee Engagement activities. Hands on experience in AMS(Applicant Management System)
