Ms Tyan prepped me for my PhD admission when I was still a Master student at The University of Hong Kong. She reviewed my CV, shared tips on potential questions that might be asked and equipped me with the appropriate response strategies. Kudos to her help, not only I was offered a spot for the course but also awarded a full-ride scholarship.

Rimma offered essential leadership in her nearly four-year tenure with SCAD in both career adviser and industry/alumni engagement manager roles, and her genuine care for students and alumni was evident in all she did. Together with a colleague, she helped SCAD Hong Kong alumni sustain a 100 percent employment rate every year, reflecting fulfillment of the university's mission and our department goals. Through Rimma's professionalism and dedication to industry relationship development, she added nearly 1,700 employers and prospective employers for SCAD students in the university's CRM database, including strengthening many partnerships with companies including Chanel, Gensler, G Givenchy, Hasbro, Disneyland Hong Kong, Lane Crawford, Leo Burnett, Sony Music Asia and many more. In collaboration with colleagues, Rimma evaluated and expanded the university's signature recruiting event, Interview Day, to connect students and alumni with creative careers and internships, with many hiring outcomes. In addition to managing industry partnerships, Rimma is highly effective in providing personalized career coaching to help students achieve specific professional goals. She had a lasting impact on every student and alum she supported, and they will continue advancing and benefiting from her investment in their success and the network she built for them. I'm confident she'll contribute the same care, dedication and excellence to any organization or endeavor. What a joy and honor it was to collaborate with her the past four years.
