      This was my dream job. I enjoyed every second of it, despite all the hard times I had, I loved it to the core. I coordinated the events from 12 to 500 people. The events were as short as few hours up to as long as 4 days. My responsibilities were - to make it happen. From the very beginning up to the last person leaving the venue floor, I had to make sure, everything went smoothly. I was responsible for finding the right place for the right event (the place, the city, the date, how big/small is the place, what kind of technical parameters the place holds, what can or can not be done in there, etc. - everything had to be considered before signing the contract). My job also was to ensure, that all the needed material (including pens, paper, markers, etc.) would be ready and would be there at the exact time. I also had to find all the set up for the event - flowers, lights, music, anything that was needed. My job was to find, train and coordinate the volunteers and other staff, that was at the event. As well, I was responsible to solve any challenges, issues or any unexpected situations, that occurred before, after or during the events. Show less
