Bio
Hanane Boujemi
I have worked with Rim as a qualified policy analyst and a champion in the Internet Governance field in the MENA region. She is a great example of perseverance and is hard working. She contributed substantially to building content specific to policy challenges which showcased her critical thinking and writing skills. Rim is a leader by nature and the most humble person, I strongly recommend her to work in IG and Internet Policy field as she will be a great asset to your team.
Andrew Julius Bende
If you are genuinely looking for a dedicated, trusted, passionate, skilled, and hugely social colleague within communication, journalism, intercultural facilitation, and general group dynamics, then Rim is your perfect candidate. Having Rim as our communications personnel was both a total blessing for Crossing Borders. She tirelessly worked to rejuvenate our social media presence, and there with, a complete strategy on how we not reach over 3000 members within the first hours of the posts/communications we make. Rim never saw problems, she instead found solutions to challenges – even if it was against many odds. Rim was also a great colleague for us. A very honest and caring person, always looking out for others, and making sure that we all had a great time. She was also one of the few colleagues that took on the mediation role in our office in instances where there was need for this. She was also always available to support colleagues within the communication areas. She invested a great deal of time and detail is supporting our staff with for example developing and publishing blog posts, understanding aspects of personal security in communication, and keeping our organization’s visibility at its best. On a personal level, Rim is down to earth, and realistic in her expectations. She exhibited a great ability to innovate within limited resource contexts and still deliver great results. She is also a dependable person that will deliver what she says yes to. Rim is also an open person, meeting all with objectivity, and providing space to build and support workable group dynamics. To me, working with Rim was a great pleasure, knowing that I worked along a great colleague and friend. And I am sure this is picture of Rim anyone will get if they just give her the opportunity to enter their space.
