Structural Design Engineer for Vista Land with main task is to provide plans for their top projects on: Residential(High End, Mid and High Rise Condominiums), and on Commercial(malls, coffee shops, convenience stores, retail stores etc.). Provide structural plans as well as detailed design calculation reports for different phases of the plan namely: Design Development, Building Permit Plans, and For Construction Drawings(FCD) 2. Interprets Geotechnical report to ensure the correct foundation solution is being applied to a structure depending on its location, methodology, and availability of resources. 5. Structural Investigation for older establishments owned by the company before its intended renovation to guarantee that the structure will not fail or cause problems in the future. 6. Attends to RFI/RFA queries which usually happens in the construction phase of the design. This task guarantees the intervention from planning phase to finish. 7.
