Riley is not only an amazing person but a freaking stellar recruiter. Riley has a recruiting process where candidates not only feel welcomed, but get sold on the company. He is great at improving processes and be able to work in a environment that is always changing without dropping quality. He is a great culture add by being able to build relationships super easy with everyone that he meets. I would highly recommend Riley for any Sr. Talent Acquisition or Manager role.
