Burn Fitness required a massive overhaul of both their in club marketing strategy, as well as their exterior marketing plan, and personal training department. My role here involved taking charge of restructuring the internal marketing program to manifest a higher rate of referrals from current clients, and to create a personal training program from the ground up. During my time here, we have redesigned our website to reach a wider audience, and to capture a higher return rate from our prospects looking for our services via their mobile devices. I also added an online joining feature to our site to streamline the membership on boarding process. The corporate sales program was also in dire need of restructuring, as there was no game plan set in place when I arrived to offer services to organizations that needed a more attractive employee benefits package, that included a health and wellness program. Burn Fitness is now regarded as one of the leaders in the Santa Monica Fitness community, offering a refined atmosphere, catering to both the white and blue collar demographics, and allowing access to a 5 star facility to all walks of life. We are on the cusp of a 5 star rating on Yelp, partnering with community leaders in order to give back to our beautiful Santa Monica community, and are now widely regarded as one of the industry leaders for our services. Notable Accomplishments: -Reached the second and third highest grossing revenue months in club history for new membership, and personal training. -Laid the foundation for their first organized personal training program by filtering out the independent training staff that were inhibiting profit margins for the club, and began streamlining assessments by the training staff in order to maximize the untapped revenue stream. -Orchestrated the first true corporate wellness account in club history, which generated close to $10,000 from one sale via private group fitness classes and on site nutrition and fitness seminars.
