Managed delivery of a new piece of regulation to introduce a new product into the market in the Securitisation space. This involved implementing new regulation in UK law, with a technical framework that allowed the FCA to authorise and supervise both product and attached firms; it also introduced new standards of disclosure using xml schemas as an industry standard. The project was heavily influenced by EU Withdrawal (Brexit) which resulted in a phased delivery of interim and strategic solutions, with various planning scenarios.

This was my first role out of University, and as part of the management team I was responsible for managing the business operations and a team of 20 employees within a busy retail unit.
