  Working as part of a small dedicated team my role is the Event coordinator in which I make appointments, meet clients face to face and communicate via email and telephone to help plan, coordinate and cost up the use of our services to meet the clients specifications, source All materials required for the events,write proposals, have meetings with the rangers that would be attending the event to brief them and organise for them to meet with the clients pre-event.I have the responsibility of ensuring that the clients is cared for from start to finish and satisfied throughout.I Also work closely with the managing director oganizing her diary with appointments and helping with the organisation of our own corporate events and meetings.
