I have had the pleasure to work under Rik’s direction twice since 2007. His media industry knowledge is absolutely vast and he is very attentive to what is happening economically globally too. His ability to tap into this knowledge allows him to analyse situations extremely rapidly and he has grown the uncanny knack of almost being able to foresee outcomes. This means that he can advise and arm his team extremely well. Rik is highly skilled when it comes to IT and he pays a lot of attention to detail, particularly to financial analysis. Also, being truly trilingual, he can hold high-level negotiations in any of his languages. What I appreciate perhaps most, is that he will always make the time to offer great advice when needed. A valuable manager and a very decent guy to know too.
