I currently manage this 9 bed beach lodge situated on the beach in Jambiani, Zanzibar. I manage all the daily hotel operations including management and staff meetings, marketing, administrative, bookings and media. I have been involved since the revamp to the opening and have implemented all controls and systems. I have taken Bliss Beach Lodge to a top 10 lodge on bookings.com with a 9.4 rating, a 5/5 rating on Trip Advisor and a 5/5 on Facebook. This has all been achieved with the help of a dedicated team through hard work, personalized service to guests and attention to detail. I have also been involved in ensuring the daily maintenance is carried out and a preventative maintenance programme is in place. Show less
