I made the deployment of SAP Business One in the company at all stages. I did several version updates; I implemented the automatic picking generation, making the stock analysis dividing a sales order into two pickings, one for immediate separation when there is 100% stock and another for later separation, awaiting production. It also automatically sends an e-mail with the list of the generated pickings. This task was previously manual and depended on an inventory analysis, item by item; I implemented the automatic e-mails sending in pdf format using Crystal Reports: . Sales goals (I created within SAP) with daily monitoring; I setup an automatic closing of open sales orders that were not met in their entirety and production orders that were not met in their entirety; I implemented a history of price lists and queries; I Implemented all product specification fields and quality features; I implemented a query and a report of inactive customers (who did not have a regular purchase period) for commercial managers; I created a MYSQL database and regularly imported billing data from SAP and connected PowerBI in this base so that commercial managers could analyze without impacting the production SQL base; Created the specification of a web and mobile sales portal for placing orders by vendors integrated with SAP; In infrastructure, I created the data backup strategy, performed the deployment and its maintenance; Data and voice links management; Dell Servers deplyment (including Hana); Control of IT projects using Trello, Wrike and Monday; Implemented chat support using Zendesk from the company's website; I created all specifications for the development of a WMS with full integration in SAP.
