  As a former titular scientist in the Centro de Investigación en Materiales Avanzados S.C (Research Center for Advanced Materials) in Chihuahua, Chih. México I have been able to lead and participate in granted scientific projects, from public and private sources, technological developments and services in the field of polymer and polymer composites, processing, rheology and characterization. From my formation, experience and knowledge acquired, my main professional features include: • Design, elaboration and characterization of polymer blends and thermoplastics, thermosetting and rubber composites/ nanocomposite, employing different processing techniques as compression an injection molding, extrusion, and shear/elongational mixing devices. • Rheology characterization, data analysis and interpretation. • Dynamical mechanical properties of polymer composites and nanocomposites • Viscoelasticity. Also, I have been of director of the deparment of technical and industrial services, as well as coordinator of polymer research teams in different, national and international, projects. Show less
