I knew Rifki when he was interning as Career Specialist in Glints Academy. Upon first meeting him, my first impression was him being timid, quiet and hesitant to say what's on his mind. However, once he was given a dedicated metric to work with, his entire attitude change in a good way. He was able to figure out what to do to achieve the said metric, he has the courage to ask the right people for help and give criticism when possible, and he evolve to a better employee and co-worker. I truly believe that Rifki will be a valuable asset in any workplace or team he decided to settle in.
