Rifki is a remarkable fellow ... a work colleague, and over the past couple of years, has become a good, reliable friend. As Principal Trainer [Manager Training] Rifki is one of the unsung heroes of the Tournament Bus Services [TBS] Team. TBS was responsible for providing Spectator Transport for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Starting at Ground Zero, Rifki selected the core Team of trainers with an exacting thoroughness, certified all by putting them through Train-The-Trainer certification, supervised directly the development of training materials consisting of 8 modules, and managed[as Principal] the Training School at Ras Bu Fontas, where up until the Tournament itself, had facilitated over 500,000 classroom training hours. Rifki managed a Senior Learning & Development Specialist, 6 Lead Trainers, Senior Trainers and Administration staff. In addition, Rifki was ultimately responsible the field training team which consisted of 121 Trainers. I spent many hours with Rifki reviewing and editing thousands of powerpoint slides, he always showed a humility and willingness to learn from other SMEs on the World Cup Project. Rifki is a hard worker as well as a smart worker, always prepared to go the extra mile ... putting his Team, not himself ... first ... always! I have absolutely no qualms in recommending Rifki to his present and any future employer.
