Rifath is one person that I would say everyone needs them at their organisation. She is not only multi talented which is a great value add in the field of education wherein we need to engage with so many stakeholders but is highly dependable and dilligent at the same time. I personally remember one incident where she was conducting a workshop with a group of assistant school leaders from TFI and she cut her hand doing an activity. She did not stop! Now that is some level of conviction and motivation everyone wants :) She would be an asset to any organization that she works at!
