High Rise Building expert - responsible for overall fire safety by conducting Fire Risk Assessment for the assigned facilities (Malaysia) and remote areas (Singapore and Indonesia). Effectively run the Emergency Warden Programs for the assigned facilities (Malaysia) and remote areas (Singapore and Indonesia). To ensure sufficient Emergency Warden to assist colleagues to safely evacuate from building on any event of emergency including the PRAs. Conduct monthly fire safety inspections and audits to ensure offices are safe from any Fire Hazards and comply with local compliance and standards - Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia Fire Safety Laws. Coordinate and run both evacuation training and drills (twice a year) for the assigned facilities and remote areas. Zero tolerance for any exception on the evacuation training as per local fire compliance. Promote a positive learning environment through Emergency Response/Fire Safety Campaigns by quarterly that encourage personal and team progressive development. On the event of a fire-related incident, the ER Coordinator will be responsible to: • Ensure that Global Security Services (GSS) and Global Real Estate (GRE) have been informed of all fire incidents in the facility; • Participate in the report process and assist in developing SMART actions; Monitor progress on closing of issues pertaining to causes of fire incidents/recommendations incident; and • Maintain a record of the fire incidents on RAID for ER Coordinator respective facilities. Emergency Response Projects: Major contribution - Individual achievement: Created the PEEP Project that currently used in NYC, EMEA and APAC regions. Created Warden Refresher training for Wardens as part of Warden compliance via online training - QR code and email invitation. This Warden project currently used in APAC regions.
