      I represented a Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine. Our office was located in Odessa and office was responsible for the South Ukraine regions (Odessa, Kherson and Mykolayiv). The main goal of our Mission was to evaluate and to report on issue of the human rights situation and to provide support to the Government of Ukraine in the promotion and protection of human rights. As a part of our work, the Mission prepared monthly reports describing the human rights situation and making recommendations. My responsibilities in the Mission included: - Daily monitoring of the all-news which could have importance for current Ukrainian political crises and monitoring in this three regions situation with Human Rights. Furthermore, I sent Daily reports to Kiev; - Observation and participation in all meetings, rallies, court hearings, private meetings with officials (Governors, Heads of Regional Prosecutions, MoI, Intel Office); - The Mission was paying harsh attention for Second May violence (when was killed 48 people by the Right Wing activist). I held regular meeting with relatives of victims, lawyers, both Pro-Russian and Pro-Ukrainian (mostly right-wings radicals) activists; - At the beginning of the summer, Ukraine faced IDPs flows all around country and the pivotal destination was Odessa region. I conducted and oversight the whole arriving process of IDPs’ from the train and the process of their accommodation. IDPs were under our special attention because they faced some cases of violations of Human Rights in the East Ukraine; - Every month our work ended up with Monthly report where Mission was summarizing the situation with Human Rights in the three mentioned regions. The vital policy of Mission is objectivity and impartiality usually, the Monthly reports getting a nervous responses from Ukrainian and Russians Governments. Besides, reports were often matter of discussion in the General Assembly or Security Council;
