  SHAD Canada is a live-in summer enrichment program for qualified high school students focused on STEAM and entrepreneurship. Participants spent 26 days on a university campus during July 2023. Our design engineering project was to figure out a solution to reimagine living spaces for Canadians with improvements in accessibility, sustainability, and community connections. My team developed foldable houses to send to the people of Nunavut who suffer from the current living conditions. Our teamwork mixed in with creativity led us to win the best prototype award at Shad Western. Show less
