I am working with a project named Retail Suite, which is a tailor-made solution for retail chains and businesses in the Nordic region.My team is responsible for the inventory management modules and currently I have full ownership of modules like goods ordering and receival from suppliers, production and management of fresh food and stock transferring between different stores. We are using agile methodology with daily scrums, retrospectives, backlog reviews and sprint demos.While we have quite big team I am sharing team's tech lead position with another team mate. This allows me to participate in architectural and technological discussions, that decides the future development in our team modules. This application became a replacement of SharePoint in Visma Lietuva and combined various functions such as content and document management, enterprise social networking and search, business intelligence, workflow management etc.At the moment, I am working in the project that is responsible for creating a SPA solution for biggest pharmacy chains in Norway. It is a solution to offer purchase of prescription and non-prescription drugs in an e-commerce solution.
