I have an important role in solution architecture design, which intend to contribute for the creation of a repository of best practices with a view to standardize, reuse and provide greater efficiency in building solutions in Public sector. So, my main responsibilities are the following: • Collaborate with the functional teams of the different public entities to define functional and non-functional requirements in order to obtain a global vision of the respective systems and software. • Develop high level specifications with special focus on system integration and feasibility aspects, thus creating guidelines to be disseminated by the Public Administration. • Lead and monitor the development of projects, in the component of solution architecture, in order to ensure compliance with good practices. • Manage the relationship with customers (Public Administration Entities) from the definition of the scope of projects to the delivery of final solutions. • Share knowledge and train to use tools and methodologies to represent enterprise architectures in their different layers (business, data, applications and technology). • Evaluate existing technological solutions in the market and the cost-benefit ratio of their adoption.
