  In ceramic tiles manufacturing unit with the automation process using belt conveyors & cars, firstly the raw material of the tiles is mixed in a ball mill, then passes through a pressing chamber where the die press the mixture at a certain heat forms the tile base, then coating processes and printing process carry on the base plate, In addition, the coated tiles moves into the Kiln ( heating chamber) It will heat the plate up to 600 deg Celcius. Finally, the polishing process will be carried out then the material will be packed by the packing machine and moved to the storage place. Show less
