Working in a fast paced environment as the sole week night bartender for a 50+ seat restaurant which has taught me invaluable lessons in effective time management, patience and creative problem solving. I was also in charge of helping build the fall 2021 cocktail menu and through my usage of hospitality skills and effective marketing saw my cocktail become one of the best selling cocktail for the season.
