The game of basketball is the perfect team sport and it changed my life. Triathlon is the perfect endurance sport and it changed my approach to life. I have met some of the most athletic people in basketball and met some of the fittest and mentally tough people in the Ironman triathlon. So we decided to combine workouts from endurance and sprint sports to maximize the performance in basketball.
