Responsible for the management of all personnel EMS personnel assigned on a shift. These personnel include District Chiefs, and personnel responsible for staffing 30 units per day and an annual response volume of 70,000 + responses per year. I am also responsible for responding to incidents for service, providing operational and clinical evaluations and inspections, customer service, mitigation of customer complaints, attendance at public relation events, and training of personnel.
