Whenever a conflict would arise, either internally and externally, Ricky was able to come to a plan of action with a solution without any break in confidence or stride. Having worked in numerous industries, Ricky consistently showcases his abilities to quickly learn, adjust, adapt, and grow on every level of his already existing skill set.
