He has been with Chickasaw City Schools in these capacities since the school system was created in 2012. Mr. Ruffin has served in many different head coaching roles including track & field and women;s basketball. He lead his team to 2 area championships in 6 seasons (2015,2020) while reaching the Southwest Rregionals in 2015. From 2007-2010 Ricky Ruffin was the head boys & girls track & field coach and lead a Mobile Christian boys team to its first 3A state championship in 2009.
