  I am Ricky Phillips, Managing director of R&R Civil Engineering . I have been in the utilities industry for 20 years . Mainly undertaking activities within the Water network but have a strong depth of knowledge and understanding in the other assets E.G Gas , Water , electric and Civils. I started as an apprentice and worked my way up to a craftsman . After seeing a gap within the industry I decided to start my own business offering competitive turnkey solutions for the industry . I’m very health and safety driven and put this at the forefront of my business. I believe your employees are your assets , so investment in them is also investment in yourself. Sustainability is crucial and goes hand in hand with value for money. Since 2016 we have had year on year controlled and sustainable growth , not spreading our selves to thin in order to offer a bespoke solution for our clients .
