  Support engineer position in charge ofcoordination with 3rd party vendor for ourbackbone link. Clients and critical link problem analysis. Solve our clients and critical link problem as soon as possible. Familiar with Mikrotik, Cisco, Juniper, DWDM Device.

  Leading team which consist of 5 member (3 PSN, 2 Third party vendor). Responsible for monitoring backhaul, do failover test twice a year, coordinate with coordinator field engineer and BRI Team and make sure the problem solved. Coordinate with SLA team to do reconcile for billing (if there is some outage BRI Team will charge the restitution)

  I was an engineer on site at BRI as a team member. Responsible for monitoring backhaul, VSAT IP and first layer troubleshoot (such as contact the site PIC to restart modem and do bypass troubleshoot if the modem normal)
