I remember looking back to my earlier days with Misco and working on a tender I was sure we could not secure, the incumbent already had a solid relationship with the custormer and our invitation was simply for their benchmarking process. That phone call Ricky made completely changed the way I looked at sales, he represented our proposal from a long-term perspective with such sincerity and professionalism it tipped the outcome in our favour, I knew then that sales was about developing a partnership with your client and adding value to their business year on year.
