  Since the orders have confirmed from head office in Italy, my job is work with supplier/factory/faric mill in order to develop the fitting/pps/size set sample then follow up production. For more details, I have to: - Approve materials such as fabric quality, lap dips, accessories, and so on by compare with reference sample or color book. - Study carefully all prototype provided in order to check if there is any critical issue or un-comfortable point might occuring. - Developing sample from fitting sample then PP sample and size set. - I have to do sample approval for supplier, so I need to check very careful sample with specification, artwork, designer’s commendation and compare closely with original sample. - After all samples are approved, continously job by follow production - Arrange QC team go to factory for inline/final inspection. - Ensure cooperative with factory in order to not have any delay, work closely with QA team and factory make sure no any big problem could happening. - Solve problem occurred during mass production together with QC team. - During the time following currently season production, I have to follow also for up coming season’s development.   Working as the QA team leader incharged for The North Face brand. - Our team have total 6 members included me. - Assign work for all members. I assigned them to handle by factory. - Arrange final inspection schedule for all members base on PSR report from sale team - Do the first out put checking, inline inspection, final inspection randomly for all factories where sewing TNF products together with team. - Do weekly and monthly reports to QA manager. - Solving issue during production together with the team and production leader/technician, if there is major/critical findings that can not solve by ourselves, I need to discuss with QA manager then recap to Factory Manager and Sale anager in order to find the best solution.
