  A managerial role whereby I actively met new clients through various networking meetings such as BNI, promoted the company's video services, and carried out the filming and post-production of videos. I handled all aspects of the video production process, from discussing the concept and storyboard with clients, providing bespoke quotations and contracts, to carrying out the filming and post-production to high quality standards. I also managed a team of freelancers to allow the simultaneous production of multiple jobs, ensuring everyone sticked to timely schedules so that important deadlines were met.

  A hands-on role working on a wide range of video and audio related projects, including corporate videos, logo animations, music videos and much more. Day-to-day roles included liaising with clients, filming in-house and on location using a large variety of equipment, and a vast amount of editing using the Adobe Suite and Logic Pro X. In addition to this I spent a period of time managing the accounts, including reconciling bank accounts, scanning and filing receipts and organising company purchases. Good communication, sticking to strict deadlines and a creative mindset is paramount for this role.

  I started at Big Jam Studios in an admin-based role, dealing directly with customers, issuing invoices, managing payments and building important relationships. I also maintained the studio's online presence through social media management, creating content and engaging with online audiences. This role gradually progressed into a video production role with the introduction of the company's corporate video services.
