After meeting Kerry I was so impressed with her service, and that of her colleagues that I wrote the below letter to the senior management at Antalis UK Limited ‘I wanted to take the time to write you an email about the two people at Antalis who I have been in touch with recently. We are a potential client, and after an initial chat with Matt I was also put in touch with Kerry. I think their service and help has been so exceptional that it deserves recognition. Ironically, I only came across Antalis because I had been trying to find out more about a particular machine from one of your competitors but after nearly a month could barely get an email out of them. Matt and Kerry were so efficient, following up precisely when they said they would and taking the time to understand our needs. Spending only £10k per year, we aren't going to be a large client and yet the two of them made us feel like we really mattered. I think it's incredibly hard to find people so dedicated and as such I wanted to make sure everyone was aware on your side how valuable staff like that are - they are a credit to your firm!’ We have since commenced trading with Antalis and I have had several meetings with Kerry. Kerry has worked tirelessly to help us successfully design and install a dedicated packing area, which means we now have increased productivity and a far sleeker dispatch operation. I would not hesitate in recommending Kerry and her team at Antalis
