I was fortunate enough to get to work with Rick for about two years at Diverse Computing, and we were on a scrum team working on an Angular app. Despite being brand new to Angular, Rick almost immediately became the go-to person for questions, and a mentor to the rest of the team. He learns very quickly, and is remarkably committed to quality. Rick was always willing to do extra research to make sure we were getting the job done right. He has a fantastic attitude, and he helped the rest of our team stay motivated and in good spirits. Now for a few things that Rick would not admit to save his life. 1. Rick is a very creative problem solver, and has a mind for design thinking. 2. He is a natural leader-- the kind you want to follow.
