I have personally known Rick Lahkar for over two years. In that time I found Rick to be a knowledgeable, efficient and extremely diligent business broker in the way of commercial and government guaranteed (SBA) transactions. Rick and I were involved in an extremely complicated business acquisition and commercial real estate purchase for an independent retail based company in Northern California.
