Ricki was the WatchGuard Engineer for me, while I was Northamber. And I have got to say he was one of the best. Engineers get a bad reputation in this industry, for being both expensive and lazy, yes he may be expensive but well deserved! He has certainly earned his wage with me, never says no to supporting and will muck in with the day-to-day things too. If you ever get the chance to work with or hire, you won't regret.
