Prepare written documents, justification, and recommendation of the award of bids and proposals based on procurement analysis and evaluation for presentation to the City Council. Resolves concerns, conflicts, disputes and request for information for departments, vendors regarding contracts. Communicate contract deadlines, renewal information public notices and addendums to all parties. Ensure compliance with the City insurance and bonding requirements and the Small Business Programs. Develop contract procurement policies and procured methods for streamline the contracting process.
