  Assignment: Project Management (Change Owner), Baxter, Lund 2015 - As an AFRY consultant in the HW Engineering team in Lund I have managed many projects of various sizes. The projects have involved e.g. design and SW developments, component improvements, supplier transfers, and process related changes. The change owner role means overall responsibility, from project initiation to closure. A normal project involves 10-20 stakeholders internally in Lund, Medolla and Bangalore; and externally with e.g. test institutes, material suppliers. Planning, activity alignment and communication are all important for successful management. Priority, resource availability and business decisions change over time, and with new conditions there is a need for creativity, responsiveness and perhaps negotiations. Assignment: R & D Engineer, Baxter, Lund 2014 - 2015 I joined ÅF AB 2014, and started as a consultant at Baxter; engaged in three different projects: Responsible for developing a secondary box BiCart II; Driver of the Hospasol / Artis dialysis machine test verification in the Alps project, and also a team member in the cost reduction project ConnectIC, focused on the qualification of a new connector.
