I have had the pleasure of working for Rick multiple times throughout my career. He is a true "leader" and he drives people to work for themselves, but also for him - a quality that must be earned and not demanded. It is his ability to be a real person that makes people enjoy working with him so much. I have seen his direct impact on a team - both with and without Rick - and I definitely prefer to have him around! Rick makes work fun while his team focuses on crushing goals! He is a true servant leader that supports his team when they need him as an advocate, but also drives them towards achieving greater success everyday. I would gladly work for Rick again in the future!
