Rick has an infectious energy about him! Just a few moments with Rick's energy will put even the most hardened pessimist in a positive state. I have seen Rick speak multiple times on sleep and health. His presentations are amazing. He is the market expert in encouraging busy executives to take care of their health to take care of their people. If you are an organizational leader that is serious about bringing out the greatness in your people, so they can bring out the greatness of your organization, I highly recommend a conversation with Rick.

Forty years in the Corporate Milieu has taught me some valuable leassons about not spending my health in pursuit of wealth. My extensive leadership experience when combined with current and practical research on optimizing health and performance has created the foundation for my life and performance enhancing sessions. The goal of these sessions is to inspire the audiences to enthusiastically embrace life style choices that help them to burn bright vs burn out. These sessions are very effective for more intimate business owner/leader groups, executive retreats, Leadership Conferences, or for employee based wellness initiatives. Topics include, "Sleep - The Ultimate High Performance Drug", "The Making of a Corporate Athlete", "Burning Bright vs Burning Out", "Sleep - The Swiss Army Knife of health and Performance", "Leadership Wellbeing - A Risk Mitigation Strategy".
