Rick and I worked together for several years at JPC Learning Centers as instructors. He developed a niche for himself in handling our corporate accounts. Most of our students were dislocated workers seeking to gain skills to return to work and attended classes at our facilities; however, Rick traveled offsite to our Corporate clients' sites and delivered training in their facilities. He traveled throughout Northeast Ohio and adjusted the curriculum, his schedule (including shift), and the training delivery (1-on-1, instructor-led, or instructor facilitated) to meet the needs of the client.
