I am reposilble in deteriming which freight carriers to assign to out going shipments of rough terrain forklifts. I track and recording any variances, and investigate the legitimacy of any variances.   I do all aspects of cycle counting related to the inventory of production parts used to build rough terrain fork lifts maintaining an overall 98% accuracy on parts counted. I use M2M system to pull cycle counts. Physically count by hand and weight scale verifiy that everything in all areas is counted before entering into system, while tracking and recording any variances, and investigate the legitimacy of said variance. I enter all receiving transactions into the computer system verifing that the PO, part number, amount and prices match what is in the system. I create, move and close production job orders, including month end closing. I oversee eighteen productions parts suppliers and six MRO suppliers also order all hardware and paint supplies used in production. I have an ongoing relationship with established suppliers and have created new relationships to help reduce the cost of our on hand inventory.
