It was a pleasure working with Rick. He was data driven, results oriented, and always made mission driven decisions. Rick is an outstanding communicator and I would enjoy working with him again in the future.

It was a pleasure to work with Rick at VanderCook College. Rick's dedication to music and music education was evident not just in what he did but how he did it. He is one of those people who really enjoys what he does. He showed up with ideas on how to keep students engaged along with innovative techniques for his programs and in the classroom. Rick was respected by student, staff, and administration. He often was sought out for guidance and mentorship by the students. It was very easy to work together because of his collaborative approach and him being a good communicator. His keen business acumen assisted him with developing and growing his department which then allowed him to enhance and operate new programs. He has a strategic vision for himself, holds himself to high standard, and whatever he sets out to do no doubt he will accomplish. I would welcome the opportunity to work with Rick again.
