I hired Rick to round out our growing software system implementation team. He brought project management experience along with a background in the industry. Rick learned to navigate our organization, quickly came up to speed on our processes, and was soon taking on several of our projects. Rick determined the best strategy for managing his workload, organized his work, and jumped right in. He was always looking for ways to deliver the best service to our clients and offered suggestions for improving our game. Rick’s ‘can do’ attitude is refreshing and his enthusiasm and positive attitude are infectious. He has a strong work ethic, brought professionalism to everything he did, and was respected by his teammates and company colleagues.
