  I began a new career path with Rhodes State College in August of 2021. It is very exciting to be returning to some old friends and new opportunities. Rhodes State has begun many innovative programs recently and there are several more in the pipeline. I am fortunate to be part of the challenges ahead.   I began in May of 2019 working full time teaching in the College of Applied Technologies and have had the privilege of instructing in the College of Business. My primary role was teaching the Tech students fundamentals of math, including remedial math and technical math applicable to the automotive industry as well as basic Microsoft word and excel applications. My full time employment at UNOH ended in June 2021 due to a new opportunity as a full time Instructor with Rhodes State College.   I taught Algebra II, Dual Enrollment Statistics, and Calculus. We were partnered with Ohio Northern University, under the direction of Dr. Donald Hunt and most recently with Rhodes State College under the direction of Dr. Andrea Faber. I taught statistics since 1996 when we started with AP Statistics and Calculus started in 2004 with AP classes. I served as the head boys track coach for 20 years and coached football for 21 years, 10 as head freshman coach. I also served 6 years as faculty manager and as our local association president for 7 years. Show less

  As the head coach I was responsible for the overall organization of the program. I had assistant coaches that coached the sprint relays and the field events. I worked with the hurdle events, mid distance and distance events. We were fortunate to have been successful in 2013 and 2014 winning the WBL championship and we were runner up the 3 years prior to that. In 2015 we had a 4x800 team set a school record in the state track meet while placing 6th.
