  Performs as Director of Operators, with complete over site of Program Mangers. Ensuring Program Managers are proving life support, funding, personnel actions, day to day guidance, and ensuring complete compliance with contract requirements. I supervise up to six Program Mangers, with a total of seven program split between them. With a combined dollar value per year of these programs exceed seventy five million dollars and employee four hundred and thirty five personnel. All but three of the programs have been OCONUS, thus requiring my personnel assistance to train and ensure compliance with DOD and foreign Government laws and regulations are followed. Also assist Program Managers ensuring personnel meet all the requirements to deploy such as CRC, medical, security clearances, police background checks and many other requirements. I provide guidance on a daily bases for all operations’ staff, ensuring company policies are followed and customer satisfaction is achieved and exceeded. I conduct business daily with the use of Microsoft Office. I contact customers and vendors daily to ensure personnel are providing the services needed and to ensure equipment, supplies and materials are provided to the right place and on time to support the operations.   As the senior civilian for the 81st Regional Readiness Command my Rater was the Commanding Major General. Responsibilities included day to day management of the command staff, providing command guidance, personnel actions, command funding over site. During this period of time the command was under a BRAC action, the command was in the process of closing down and moving to a new established command in South Carolina. Part of my duties were to ensure permanent movement of personnel and equipment were achieved in accordance with the BRAC law and that personnel were informed of all their rights and privileges’.   Supervisor Logistic Management Specialist, I supervised the day to day activities of G4 civilian, contractor and military personnel. I served as principal civilian specialist for logistical matters throughout the command and responsible for providing technical guidance and assistance on these matters to subordinate commands and units. Advise the commander and staff concerning logistics status and logistics support required and available for current or proposed operations. I served as a technical advisor to the Commander and staff on logistical matters within the Command. Plan for and direct activities concerned with the distribution, maintenance and utilization of unit equipment including weapons, tactical and support vehicles, communications and general purpose equipment. Direct activities concerned with the receipt, storage and issue of supplies. Provide interpretation of logistical army regulations. Provided staff direction and guidance to subordinate staff assigned to Area Maintenance Support Activities/Equipment Concentration Site. These maintenance facilities employed over 1,000 personnel. Ensured policies concerning property accountability, facilities, food service, transportation and movement of equipment and material were followed in order to meet unit and command requirements.
